Terms of Use

Effective September 17, 2026

These Terms govern your access to Saint Bible, including Scripture reading, audio, Programs, saved studies, and sharing features.

Agreement and operator

Saint Bible is a product of Serverbin, Inc. (“Serverbin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Saint Bible, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Saint Bible on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms with you. The service is not directed to children under 13.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, access to your email, activity under your session, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Sign-in codes are personal and may not be shared.

The service

Saint Bible provides public-domain Scripture, devotional material, saint biographies, generated narration, prayer resources, reading Programs, notes, highlights, bookmarks, handwritten markups, and sharing tools. Features may change, be corrected, or be discontinued. We do not promise that every feature or item will always be available.

Content and intellectual property

The software, interface, branding, original writing, illustrations, audio arrangements, and other original materials are owned by Serverbin, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Saint Bible and its logo are product identifiers of Serverbin, Inc.

The Douay–Rheims Bible text and certain historical source material are identified as public-domain material in the United States. Public-domain status may differ by country. No ownership is claimed in material that is lawfully in the public domain.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Saint Bible for private reading, prayer, study, and ordinary noncommercial sharing. You may not reproduce or commercialize the product, its databases, original artwork, or substantial collections of content without written permission.

Your notes and shared material

You retain ownership of notes and original material you create. You give Serverbin a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and improve the service. A share link may make selected material accessible to anyone who receives the link; do not include confidential or sensitive information in shared material.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not attack the service, scrape it at scale, bypass controls, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, or use sharing features for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

Communications and Programs

Verification messages are transactional. Starting a Program may enable the optional reminder shown in the interface. You can turn reminders off in the Program or through the unsubscribe link. The Email and Text Communications Policy and Subscription and Program Terms apply.

Third-party services and links

Saint Bible relies on service providers and may link to third-party sites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or our rights. You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us using the details below. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saint Bible is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in Saint Bible is a substitute for an official liturgical book, qualified pastoral care, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serverbin and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from the service. Serverbin’s aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Serverbin for Saint Bible during the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Collin County, Texas. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
