Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• violate law or the rights of another person;
• harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or deceive another person;
• upload or share unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content;
• probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or access controls;
• introduce malware or use the service to distribute spam or phishing;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or extract the database or original artwork at scale without written permission;
• reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits;
• resell accounts, share sign-in codes, or use automated means to create accounts;
• misrepresent generated content as an official statement of the Catholic Church or Serverbin; or
• use shared-study links to expose private information without authorization.

Reasonable personal use

Ordinary reading, quotation, classroom discussion, parish study, linking, and personal sharing are welcome when they respect applicable rights and do not reproduce a substantial part of Saint Bible’s original collection or interface.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, rate-limit traffic, suspend features, or terminate access when reasonably necessary. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people, rights, and service integrity.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse or infringement to sebastian@serverbin.io with the relevant URL, a description of the issue, and enough information for us to evaluate it.
