Email & Text Communications

Verification email

When you request a sign-in code, we send a transactional email needed to verify and access the account. These messages are not marketing and cannot be disabled while using email-code sign-in. If you did not request a code, you may ignore the message.

Program reminder email

Starting a guided Program may enable the daily reminder shown in the Program interface. Reminder frequency is generally one message per day while the Program is active and incomplete. You can disable the reminder in the Program or use the unsubscribe link in any reminder. Your saved progress remains after reminders are disabled.

Marketing email

If Saint Bible later offers newsletters, product announcements, or promotional messages, enrollment will be presented separately from essential account messages. Commercial email will identify the sender, provide a working unsubscribe method, and be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Text messages and phone numbers

Saint Bible does not currently send automated SMS or marketing text messages. Providing a phone number during account creation does not by itself enroll you in texts.

If text messaging is introduced, we will request separate express consent at the point of enrollment. The disclosure will identify the program, expected message frequency, how to obtain help, how to opt out, and whether message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts will not be a condition of purchase or account access.

Future SMS commands

For any future Saint Bible text program, replying STOP will request cancellation and HELP will request assistance, subject to the instructions supplied at enrollment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not monitored as an emergency service.
